Overview
Brainfish
Brainfish is developing AI support solutions to streamline customer support and deliver impactful insights to amplify product teams.
The Challenge
Just as Brainfish set out to redefine what AI support can look like, we set out to redefine what Brainfish can look like. Our challenge was to use Brainfish's established cartoon-inspired branding in a website capable of showing Brainfish as both a support solution and a product intelligence platform. The website needed to clearly communicate complex capabilities like self-updating knowledge, session analytics, and AI-driven workflows, all while appealing to product leaders, support teams, and enterprise buyers. Simple, yet sophisticated.
Our Approach
We designed a streamlined site that balances simple graphics, technical depth with accessible storytelling. The homepage hero animation introduces Brainfish as an AI that generates knowledge and distributes it in real time, reducing support effort while improving the user experience. Each solution section was structured to flow naturally from problem to outcome, with product-inspired animations to highlight Brainfish’s five core solutions.
Our expansive website redesign covered 18+ pages, and involved dozens of unique graphics meant to seamlessly blend with the Brainfish brand. Through rigourous communication with the Brainfish team, we meticulously refined our ideas to deliver the depth and complexity of the Brainfish AI support product while maintaining a playful, aquatic theme throughout all the pages.
The Final Point
Having recently raised $10 million to define the future of customer support with ambient AI, Brainfish is scaling rapidly into its next phase. Our new website reflects that vision, clear, modern, and designed to grow alongside the company’s ambitions. Our website hopes to amplify and continue Brainfish’s recent successes, ensuring their story, mission, and product are positioned for the future.
