The Challenge

JumpModel and Gogh Solutions were two of the most trusted IFS specialists in North America. JumpModel owned ERP and Cloud transformation. Gogh owned Service Management: field service, asset management, and scheduling. With an investment from Superstep Capital, the two firms combined into one company.

The easy move was to keep one name and fold the other in. But both firms had earned trust in their own lane, and neither lane was the whole story. Clients weren't buying ERP or field service. They were buying an outcome, and they wanted one partner accountable for all of it.

The combined company gave them the scale to take on bigger work. In Eric Costanzo's words, it brings "the scale and investment needed to take on larger, more complex programs while staying true to how we deliver."

That meant a new name, a new identity, and one website replacing two. More than 80 pages across two domains had to come together into a single structure. And all of it had to be ready for IFS Unleashed on October 12th, where the industry would meet the combined company for the first time.

Our Approach

We started with the name. Three rounds of concepts across industrial and technical territories, backed by competitive landscape work, linguistic screening, and trademark research. Every candidate was scored against our Brand Name Index, a weighted framework that keeps naming decisions grounded in criteria instead of taste.

Coredrive came out of it. The core is the technical heart of the operation: ERP, cloud, and the data underneath. The drive is the momentum in the field: crews, assets, and schedules that actually move. The name says what the company does.

Then the identity. It had to earn trust from CIOs running utilities and aerospace programs while signaling that something new had arrived in the IFS ecosystem. The signal color is burnt orange, the orange of safety vests and hot metal, set against near black and warm stone. Photography stays black and white and stays in the field. Labels read like a spec sheet, and isometric grids and dot textures pull from the language of engineering drawings. The mark is two angled forms locked into one, the same way two firms became one team. We delivered full brand guidelines covering voice, purpose, logo lockups, and secondary styles so the team can apply it with confidence.

Then the site. We built the information architecture around the full IFS lifecycle (Define, Deliver, Drive) with dedicated paths for solutions, services, and seven industries that run on physical assets. We wrote copy for every page type, from service and industry pages to customer stories, guides, and insights. On the build side, we consolidated both legacy sites into one WordPress platform with redirects in place to protect the search equity each firm had built.

The Final Point

Coredrive launched at coredrive.co in late September, two weeks ahead of IFS Unleashed. Two firms, two brands, and two websites became one company with one story to tell.

With Superstep's backing and Paulo Kaiser joining as Executive Chairman, Coredrive is positioned as one of the most complete independent IFS partners in North America. The brand and site are built to carry that, from the boardroom to the turbine deck.

We built it for the company they were becoming the day the deal closed. Good to see it show up that way at Unleashed.
