The Challenge

Vendelux came to us at a pivotal moment. The company had built a genuinely differentiated product in AI-powered event intelligence, but the brand and website weren't keeping pace. The visual identity felt generic for a SaaS space where their core audience, event marketers, are used to bold, cutting-edge design. The site wasn't clearly communicating what made Vendelux different: that it's not just a data tool, but an end-to-end platform for strategy, execution and ROI attribution. They needed a brand and website that could carry that story with confidence, and they needed it fast.

Our Approach

We started with the brand. The logo got a refined treatment with consistent angles, tighter spacing and added depth through a gradient. We updated the color palette to better serve an audience that skews female and to give the system more range and flexibility than the previous scheme allowed. The overall direction moves away from generic SaaS and toward something warmer, smarter and more premium, without sacrificing the credibility required in the enterprise space.

For the digital build, we delivered a 100+ page WordPress site built around Vendelux's core personas and the outcomes they care about. The design synthesizes product functionality with a distinct impressionist aesthetic that blends corporate-event culture with natural imagery. To bring it to life, we developed custom animations end to end, from strategy and storyboarding through script and final build.

The Final Point

The new brand and site gives Vendelux a foundation that reflects where the company is actually going. A unified design system supports continued product growth, and a well-organized build makes it easy to scale the site as the company and product evolve.

That growth showed up fast. In July 2026, Vendelux raised a $50M Series B led by Tribeca Venture Partners, with participation from S3, Pelion Ventures, HubSpot Ventures, FirstMark and Cervin Ventures, bringing total funding to $71M. The platform now tracks more than 250,000 global B2B events, is used by over 50,000 marketing professionals and has influenced more than $5B in event spend, with customers like Ramp, Glean, Coupa, McKesson, WRITER, Deel, Intel and the United States Postal Service.

We built the brand ahead of the raise, for where Vendelux was headed, not just where they were. Good to see it playing out that way.
